These terms govern use of the Jordan AI service and this website, provided by Northstar Intelligent Systems Ltd ("Northstar", "we", "us"). By engaging the service you agree to them. A signed order form or master agreement, where one exists, takes precedence over these terms.
Jordan AI is a done-for-you outbound service. We provide email infrastructure, lead data, AI-generated copywriting, sending, reply handling, meeting booking, and reporting. You review and approve campaign copy before sending; approved copy may be personalised per recipient within the approved structure.
You may not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, to target consumers where prohibited, or to circumvent anti-spam law. We follow applicable commercial email rules, including sender identification and opt-out handling, and we may refuse or pause any campaign we reasonably believe creates legal or deliverability risk.
Plans are billed monthly in advance at the rate on your order. Engagements run month to month and either party may cancel with notice before the next billing date. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain all rights in your data. We process it only to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not use it to train shared AI models. On termination we delete or return client campaign data on request.
We retain all rights in the Jordan AI platform, dashboard, and underlying systems. Approved campaign copy created for you may be used by you freely for your own marketing.
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only as needed to perform under these terms.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific reply rates, meeting volumes, or revenue outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control, including your offer and market.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured 14 days after written notice. We may suspend the service immediately for acceptable-use violations.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
